Processing & Delivery: We’ll get your order packed and out the door within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, most packages arrive within 5–7 days—though exact timing depends on your location.

After Delivery: As soon as the carrier marks your order “Delivered,” it’s considered in your hands. We’re unable to assume responsibility for any items lost or stolen thereafter.

If your jewelry arrives damaged, email under the support tab within 7 days and ship the item back. As soon as we receive it, we’ll send you a brand-new replacement, no extra cost to you.
